Rory Gummerson brings 10 years recruiting experience across a multitude of large pharma, emerging biotech and start up cell therapy companies. Most recently, Rory was Head of Talent Acquisition at Achilles Therapeutics, responsible for establishing the TA function and deliver growth from 70 – 260 employees. During this period the organisation successfully completed Series B, C and IPO funding rounds allowing expansion into the US. Prior to Achilles, Rory has held positions with Autolus Therapeutics, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Gilead, Novartis and GSK. His experience spans full product lifecycle from pre-clinical through development, manufacture, commercialisation and corporate functions up to VP level.
Rodney Callaghan is a vastly experienced Talent Acquisition leader, offering a wealth of experience across the life science and tech environments. Recently, Rodney was Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Oxford Nanopore Technologies, helping the business to scale globally and transforming the recruitment process. Prior to ONT, Rodney has held a number of senior positions including Global Head of TA at Cmed alongside roles at Achilles Therapeutics, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, UCB and Kite Pharma. Rodney is finalising his MBA and easily translates business strategy into tactical recruitment plans.
